Supporting Your Childbearing Year

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy is an exciting time of your life. Yet, the changes you are experiencing can be challenging. Prenatal massage supports you during your pregnancy by easing aches and pains, increasing relaxation, improving sleep and helping you prepare for childbirth. Pillows and bolsters support your changing body. Prenatal massage is safe during all three trimesters of pregnancy.

Postpartum Massage

Massage after giving birth can aid with adjusting to caring for your new baby and help your body recover from pregnancy and delivery. Whether this is your first or third pregnancy, postpartum massage will help restore your body. Newborn babies are welcomed during the first 8 weeks postpartum.

Miscarriage and Stillbirth: Massage provides comfort and support after the loss of your baby. Your massage therapist will provide therapeutic massage without judgement allowing you to release tension and experience any emotions that may arise.
